Matthew Werdon is President and CEO of Werdon-Hammer LLC. He has over 18-years of Electrical Engineering design experience including 11-years designing high-speed computer processing systems in the Aerospace Industry and 7-years designing DSP and microcontroller based systems for Automotive and Industrial applications.

Matthew, along with his co-owner and lovely wife, has over 12-years experience growing and running another private venture business outside of engineering. This business experience includes cultivating staff, developing long-term relationships with clients, and developing expertise in many other areas required to run a successful business. He can also do a mean Tango... should the need arise.
